What Logbelt does

Logbelt is job costing and job management software built for construction contractors.

Every job becomes its own file. Inside it: the quote, the photographed receipts, the hours worked, the expenses, the invoices, the payments, the documents and the notes. One number follows the job from start to finish so nothing gets lost and everything files itself.

The app answers three essential questions at all times:

• What did this job cost me?
• How much has the customer paid?
• What is the profit, or the balance still owing?

What the app lets you do

• Photograph a receipt right on the job site. The app automatically reads the vendor, the amount, the taxes and the date, then files the receipt on the right job.
• Automatically calculate the real cost of labour from each worker's internal hourly cost.
• Create and email quotes. The customer can accept them electronically.
• Issue invoices (deposit, progress or final) and, if you want, accept online payments by bank card.
• Track the company's general expenses (rent, insurance, phone, and so on) separately from job costs.
• Export your data in the formats the app offers, to make your accountant's work easier.

What the app does not do

Logbelt is not accounting software.

It does not replace an accountant, a tax specialist, a lawyer or a financial advisor.

The app organizes your data and performs calculations from the information you provide. It does not produce your financial statements and does not constitute professional advice.
